O box “Bridges To Buenos Aires” apresenta um blu-ray SD e dois CD com as músicas gravadas no show completo da banda realizado em 5 de abril de 1998 no Monumental de Nuñes, estádio River Plate, em Buenos Aires (Argentina), com a participação especial de Bob Dylan na apresentação única de seu clássico "Like A Rolling Stone".
O show, que contou com um público de mais de 55 mil pessoas, foi o último da sequência de cinco apresentações dos Stones em Buenos Aires, sendo que a banda já havia tocado para mais de dois milhões de pessoas nas duas primeiras etapas “Bridges To Babylon Tour” na América do Norte e no Japão.
